"Why Do I get a Screen from 'PAYPAL' when I go to order?"

This is our real time merchant processing company, they process orders for 1000s of merchants worldwide daily. Upon completion of your order, Paypal transaction servers contact our servers to send your order automatically to you in realtime. "Paypal" has over 20 million members worldwide and Paypal is owned and operated by EBAY.

"How fast will I receive my order?"

Orders are processed in real time - if the product you order is "downloadable" - the download instructions will be sent immediately to your email address. Allow up to an hour to receive it , as sometimes the net can slow down and cause delays in email reaching you. Most clients will receive the email within 5 minutes or less.

"How can I check to see if my order is being processed "securely" ?"

In Internet Explorer you will see a "gold padlock" [see image below], In Netscape you will see a "blue key" [see image below] and the address for the ORDERING page will have "https://" - 's' is for secure. Transactions are made using the highest level of secure data transmission for your purchasing protection.

"What is your return policy?"

Returns are processed by our sales dept within the refund period - 30 days unless otherwise stated. If you order a product to be shipped to you, rather than downloaded electronically, the shipping and handling charge[s] are not refundable.
